Booking & changes

Your booking starts as a request. Check its live status in your appointments. You can cancel or reschedule upcoming requested or confirmed visits. Contact the salon about prepaid cancellations and refunds.

Offers & payments

Offers apply only to eligible services and are checked at checkout. Pay at the salon, or use an available online provider. A payment is successful only after the provider confirms it.

Groups & multiple visits

Add up to 20 guests or visits. Group scheduling can find a shared start, the closest available appointments, or a sequence. Times are shown in each salon’s timezone.

Account support

Use password recovery from sign in. Email changes and account deletion currently require support; contact your salon while platform support is being configured.
